David A Foulkes Posted May 12, 2012 at 10:53 AM Report Share Posted May 12, 2012 at 10:53 AM Is there such a thing as "present but not voting"Well, I'd have gone with "yes, but", the but being the phrase/term is not found in RONR (which of course is the basis of all answers here). I spend most of the time at meetings present but not voting. And much of that time there is no vote going on, so I'm not even abstaining. I'm probably just listening to the speaker, or speaking myself.Guest_Richie -- what is the question behind the question, the one that you reaalllly want to ask?
