Guest MillieFree Posted June 14, 2012 at 02:08 PM Report Share Posted June 14, 2012 at 02:08 PM The board chair of a non-profit sends a letter by email resigning effectively immediately as board chair but will remain on the board. Three days later he sends email rescinding his resignation. The board has not met on this issue or took an official action. Can you come back like nothing happen and pickup where you left off?
