Can Memebrs of an organization attend Board of Director Meetings? If so can someonw put me to where I could find this in RONR?

You can't find it because it's not there. Only members of the board have the right to attend board meetings. Members of the organization have the right to attend general meetings of the membership.

But you might find such a rule in your bylaws. Some organizations have one, some don't. If yours is one of the latter, then members could only attend board meetings at the invitation of (a majority of) the board.

Not unless the By-laws of the organization, or a statute covering the organization, allows for it. Otherwise, its members only - in this case Board members only at a Bard meeting.
