Tim Wynn Posted August 21, 2012 at 07:01 PM Report Share Posted August 21, 2012 at 07:01 PM If an agenda is sent out to board members prior to meeting, can items be added to the agenda once the meeting is called to order?A session has no agenda until one is adopted inside that session. What was sent was merely a draft or proposed agenda. The board will decide its own agenda. Also, most assemblies are better off without agendas, opting instead to just follow the Standard Order of Business found in RONR (11th ed.), p. 353.
