Guest Mary K Posted August 29, 2012 at 06:16 PM Report Share Posted August 29, 2012 at 06:16 PM Do the minutes from previous board meeting 7/2012 (quorum present) get updated if no quorum is present at the next meeting 8/2012?
Gary c Tesser Posted August 29, 2012 at 06:23 PM Report Share Posted August 29, 2012 at 06:23 PM Nothing substantive, including approving the minutes, can be done at an inquorate meeting. If by "updated" you mean informally discussing making corrections, then that's fine -- like informally discussing anything, like local traffic, pizza, club business, orchids, fire trucks, members' personal lives, &c &c. But you should do that after formally adjourning the meeting.
