William H Bonney Posted September 6, 2012 at 03:41 AM Report Share Posted September 6, 2012 at 03:41 AM A motion was approved at our last meeting to use a particular logo for our Club. All the T-shirts have been ordered, paid for and delivered, however, the logo on the T-shirt is NOT what the membership approved. The logo is "slightly" different,, some don't like it, some folks do. What is the protocol for motions that are ignored or not acted on appropriately? Thanks in advance.

Guest Edgar Posted September 6, 2012 at 11:11 AM Report Share Posted September 6, 2012 at 11:11 AM . . . the logo on the T-shirt is NOT what the membership approved.Determine who made the mistake (and whether it was deliberate or inadvertent) and agree on an appropriate punishment.
