Matt Schafer Posted September 11, 2012 at 10:17 PM Report Share Posted September 11, 2012 at 10:17 PM No one -- not the president, the board nor the assembly itself -- can create additional standing committees when the standing committees have been listed in the bylaws unless either the bylaws allow the appointment of additional committees or the bylaws are amended.
