It's okay, but it will make each item a special order, and if the assembly is not familiar with the concept, it's best to leave the times off.

See RONR (11th ed.), p. 371.

Of course, most organizations do just fine without an agenda, following the Standard Order of Business, instead. See p. 353, and following pages.
