Frankly Posted September 27, 2012 at 08:15 PM Report Share Posted September 27, 2012 at 08:15 PM In discussing the Nominating committee, an Association's Bylaws states that "Three (3) members of the Committee shall be elected by a majority of the membership of the Association at this meeting, and two (2) members of the Committee shall be appointed by the President." Our question is whether the President may appoint himself/herself to be one of those two appointed members of the committee?

David A Foulkes Posted September 27, 2012 at 08:33 PM Report Share Posted September 27, 2012 at 08:33 PM Although RONR does strongly caution against the President having anything to do with the Nominating committee.

It is much appreciated. Make today a good day. Frank
