Guest Edgar Posted October 31, 2012 at 11:28 PM Report Share Posted October 31, 2012 at 11:28 PM Can a Board Member attend a Board Meeting by phone if we have a quorum in the room? Not in RONR-Land, where the only way you can attend a meeting is to show up . . . in person. rthib Posted November 1, 2012 at 09:54 AM Report Share Posted November 1, 2012 at 09:54 AM There is however, nothing that would prevent the board from voting to allow a person to listen on the phone to the meeting. They can not make motions or vote, but nothing in RONR prevents them from allowing someone to listen in.To be clear, they are however not "attending" the meeting from a RONR standpoint.
