LibbyS Posted November 19, 2012 at 02:32 PM Report Share Posted November 19, 2012 at 02:32 PM At a recent meeting of my board, a motion was made, voted on and passed a vote. A member has now asked to revisit the motion with the intent of changing the intent of the motion. What is the procedure - does 'new' information have to be introduced in order for a motion to be reopened?

No new information is required, just a member willing to make the motion and another member willing to second it. (And if the board is small enough, you won't even need a second.)
