We find that we do not want to meet in December. Are we able to cancel the meeting?

George Mervosh Posted December 15, 2012 at 01:24 AM Report Share Posted December 15, 2012 at 01:24 AM One way to "Follow the rules" would be to have the Secretary and President meet at the appointed date and time, call the meeting to order, then adjourn it due to the lack of a quorum. The Secretary's minutes would be brief, clearly, but it would document the meeting was held even though it had to adjourn for the lack of a quorum.
