Guest WILLIAM LIPOFF Posted December 15, 2012 at 04:24 PM Report Share Posted December 15, 2012 at 04:24 PM I was president of my community and I am president of our pool center. The pool center is owned by 5 (five) other communities. Can the new board remove me from pool center. With out cause? The other communities voted me as president. We are an HOA not a condo. Chris Harrison Posted December 15, 2012 at 04:31 PM Report Share Posted December 15, 2012 at 04:31 PM The Board only has the authority that the bylaws give it.
Rev Ed Posted December 15, 2012 at 04:31 PM Report Share Posted December 15, 2012 at 04:31 PM It all dpends on the wording of the By-laws and/or any other agreements covering the operation of the centre. So check there first. Otherwise, if RONR is the parliamentary authority, the one group would have to follow Chapter XX and go through a trial.
