Chris Harrison Posted January 10, 2013 at 03:41 AM Report Share Posted January 10, 2013 at 03:41 AM There are times that a meeting can be Adjourned without a motion or vote and there are times when a motion and vote are proper. There are times when a motion to Adjourn is debatable and there are times when it isn't. See RONR pp. 233-242 which discusses the motion and all of the permutations and combinations.
