Does it state anywhere in Robert's Rules of Order that a write-in candidate for office cannot send information about the candidate to the delegates who are voting prior to that candidate's nomination?

Why, if he's going to be nominated, would he be a write-in candidate? Whose names appear on your ballots if not the names of the nominees?

Yeah, I'm reading it as a question about a write-in sending info about someone else who is presumably about to be "officially" nominated
