Error in Call for Annual meeting

Our call for our annual meeting has already been sent out. There are amendments for bylaw changes in striking out the phrase "or by proxy" from two sections, but no one double checked that the numbers for Articles and sections are actually wrong. One says Article V when it should say Article IV, and another says Article IX, section 3 when it should say Article IX, section 4. Are these errors enough to make amendments at the meeting to correct the numbers go outside the scope of the notice?

If the article numbers are all that is wrong, no, I don't think that will be a problem.

I agree wtih Mr. Martin, especially if those are the only two places proxy voting is mentioned.
