Guest Motti Posted September 17, 2013 at 06:01 PM Report Share Posted September 17, 2013 at 06:01 PM Our call for our annual meeting has already been sent out. There are amendments for bylaw changes in striking out the phrase "or by proxy" from two sections, but no one double checked that the numbers for Articles and sections are actually wrong. One says Article V when it should say Article IV, and another says Article IX, section 3 when it should say Article IX, section 4. Are these errors enough to make amendments at the meeting to correct the numbers go outside the scope of the notice? Thanks.

If the article numbers are all that is wrong, no, I don't think that will be a problem.
