A member who voted on the prevailing side of a question may move to reconsider the vote, if it's done within the prescribed time limits. RONR (11th ed.), p. 316 b ) At a subsequent session any member may move to rescind or amend what was adopted (with a few exceptions) regardless of how or if they voted on the adopted main motion.
