Guest Guest Posted May 30, 2014 at 03:30 PM Report Share Posted May 30, 2014 at 03:30 PM If a motion was made and voted on and passed. It is then determined that it was improperly done, can that motion be reversed?
Gary Novosielski Posted May 30, 2014 at 03:39 PM Report Share Posted May 30, 2014 at 03:39 PM It depends entirely on the details. What makes you say that it was "improperly" decided? Worst case, you could move to Rescind the motion, unless the motion has already been carried out.
jstackpo Posted June 11, 2014 at 05:00 AM Report Share Posted June 11, 2014 at 05:00 AM What do you mean by "the motion has been carried out"? "Carried out" could mean doing whatever the motion said to do, such as "I move to paint the gazebo blue". Once the Gazebo is painted, it is too late to rescind the motion. BTW, what caused your posting to get all strung out vertically?
