However, we have one board member who has started making veiled threats about another board member in asides during the meeting. The chair just ignores him. If he fails to do so on his own, any member can raise a point of order (or call the member to order). RONR offers several means of resolving such a situation, depending on the seriousness of the breach and whether the member continues with the misbehavior. See pages 253-254, 391-392, and 645-648.
