Yes. Page 94 - "...except that the minutes of the previous meeting are first read."Actually, as the citation from Godelfan says, "the minutes of the previous meeting are first read. It is not necessary to distribute them unless you have a rule or custom requiring it. Also, failure to have the minutes would not invalidate the adjourned meeting.
