When obtaining votes from fellow homeowners in regards to a HOA fee increase, where the board voted on said increase and the vote was 6-4 for the increase. Can the treasurer withhold the progress/results of polling the residents of the HOA from other board members? Can they decide which board members are allowed to know where the increase stands? Guest Curious Posted October 13, 2015 at 02:59 AM Report Share Posted October 13, 2015 at 02:59 AM Assuming your treasurer is carrying out some polling duty authorized in your rules, the board can probably direct him to make an interim report at the next meeting.
