Guest Anne Posted November 9, 2015 at 05:28 PM Report Share Posted November 9, 2015 at 05:28 PM Can a member be an officer and be on the board of directors simultaneously? Our constitution does not explicitly state that one can or cannot. It only states that a person cannot hold two officer positions simultaneously. Curiosulus Posted November 9, 2015 at 08:03 PM Report Share Posted November 9, 2015 at 08:03 PM I don't the answer is that straightforward. We don't know how Guest Anne's constitution defines "officer position." RONR says that "Directors should be classed as officers."
