sally lang Posted April 3, 2016 at 03:59 PM Report Share Posted April 3, 2016 at 03:59 PM An employee contract was presented to a fraternal organization for approval by the membership during a regular meeting by the board of trustees. The contract was approved during the meeting with a very small percentage of the membership in attendance. There are now concerns regarding the contract due to lack of job responsibilities and requirements included in the contract and also the lack of required job performance standards needing to be met for conditions of employment. Also, the length of the contract is in question. What provisions does Robert's Rules have to allow the membership to revisit the motion to approve the contract? What provision allows the membership to review and possibly change the contract for the betterment of our organization?
