Rod Knight Posted January 31, 2017 at 07:50 PM Author Report Share Posted January 31, 2017 at 07:50 PM It helps but I do not find it very clear. I preside over a small meeting (~ 25-30) people. We approve or deny requests using motions following Robert's rule. I have been told that I cannot make a motion because I am the president. It does not seem right that I lose my rights as a member just because I preside the meeting. What is your opinion?
