Guest c alvarez Posted February 12, 2017 at 11:40 PM Report Share Posted February 12, 2017 at 11:40 PM Can a board approve a specific vendor for a job without a job title/description? Is there any violation of Roberts Rules of Order for a board to then create a job description at a later board meeting and permit the vendor to start work with refusal to disclose to the public the job description and title of the vendor of services? By "the public" do you mean people who are not members of the organization? Is this, in fact, a public body?
