Guest Katie Schmidt Posted September 8, 2017 at 11:53 PM Report Share Posted September 8, 2017 at 11:53 PM Our condo association will be electing Board Members and voting on several proposals to change the by-laws at our next Annual Member meeting. Do the proposals and the names of the individuals on the 'slate' for election need to be listed on the proxy so the person giving their power of attorney to another 'must' vote the way the member wanted? Or, does the proxy simple have to contain the name of the person giving the power attorney away and to whom he/she is giving it to? Thank you, Katie

Guest Who's Coming to Dinner Posted September 10, 2017 at 01:10 AM Report Share Posted September 10, 2017 at 01:10 AM True, but usually irrelevant in the context of homeowner associations, which most often authorize proxy voting in their founding documents.
