Guest Dean Lynch Posted January 9, 2018 at 06:12 AM Report Share Posted January 9, 2018 at 06:12 AM We lacked a quorum at a meeting but continued with discussion that was recorded by the Secretary. Are the notes of that discussion approved as minutes for the record?

Tom Coronite Posted January 9, 2018 at 02:15 PM Report Share Posted January 9, 2018 at 02:15 PM (edited) The fact that your meeting lacked a quorum has no bearing on the fact that "the notes of the discussion" should not be in the minutes, as Mr. Huynh's link above explains. But there should be minutes from that meeting. Most likely they only should record that there was a meeting, a quorum was not obtained, and you (probably) adjourned.
