Guest Sean Posted February 25, 2018 at 09:17 PM Report Share Posted February 25, 2018 at 09:17 PM Is a liaison role different from an ex officio role? If not, can the points in RONR on ex officio be applied to a liaison? If they are, why and how can we address this role in our bylaws? Tom Coronite Posted February 25, 2018 at 09:22 PM Report Share Posted February 25, 2018 at 09:22 PM (edited) "Ex officio" means by virtue of the office (held.) What do your bylaws say about this "liaison role?" Edited February 25, 2018 at 09:23 PM by Tom Coronite
Hieu H. Huynh Posted February 25, 2018 at 09:22 PM Report Share Posted February 25, 2018 at 09:22 PM RONR does not have a liaison role. Such a role would have to be defined in your rules.
