Nothing in RONR prohibits it. Based on RONR, they are just as eligible as all other members. I guess it's conceivable that some IRS rule or state law prohibits it, but I have never heard of such a restriction. Any such restriction would normally be found in your own bylaws. Edited to add: as far as the rules in RONR are concerned, it makes no difference if this is a 501c3 non profit organization .
