If a board has had personnel changes since a previous meeting that included executive session minutes that required correction, who should approve these corrections, The new board, the previous board ( members who attended) or a committee?

I concur with J.J. There is no "old board" or "new board"; there is just the board, which may have some old members and some new members.

The board's minutes are approved or corrected by the board.  There is only one board.  Those who are members of the board at the time of the approval approve them.
