lingriff Posted July 26, 2019 at 08:10 PM Report Share Posted July 26, 2019 at 08:10 PM What would a posted meeting between a lawyer and the board be called? The notice just states there will be a meeting. I labeled it a Special Executive Meeting for the minutes, but there seems to be some confusion among our directors who want no label for some reason. Chris Harrison Posted July 26, 2019 at 10:06 PM Report Share Posted July 26, 2019 at 10:06 PM There is no reason (under RONR) to give special treatment (or a special label) for a meeting just because the Board is meeting with a lawyer. lingriff Posted July 26, 2019 at 10:29 PM Author Report Share Posted July 26, 2019 at 10:29 PM The notice says it is a meeting of the "Association's Board of Directors." Is this what the title of the minutes should be?
