jstackpo Posted August 17, 2019 at 01:08 PM Report Share Posted August 17, 2019 at 01:08 PM Probably not, since it is just an information report. The answer may depend, however, on the reason for the interruption. Care to elaborate? Commonly there is a chance for questions after the report. If so, why and by whom? I think it is permissible, during the report, for a member to make a request for information asking if the reporting member will yield for a question. A request for information is an incidental motion which is in order when another member has the floor. It is covered in section 33 of RONR . Guest Guest Lisa Posted August 17, 2019 at 09:30 PM Report Share Posted August 17, 2019 at 09:30 PM Club president interrupted, telling information not needed or asked because he didn’t let her finish a question for accounting records. Then talked over her trying to explain what and why she was asking this particular question.
