Atul Kapur Posted September 21, 2019 at 08:37 PM Report Share Posted September 21, 2019 at 08:37 PM Are you asjing whether board members and officers vote like every other member at a general membership meeting? Or something else?

Do they make motions? The board votes on decisions made during board meetings. These decisions may not conflict with the bylaws, may not conflict with a decision made by the general membership at a general membership meeting, and may not exceed the powers granted to the board in the bylaws. The board has only such powers as the bylaws provide. It would help if you would flesh out your question.
