After learning more information, a better health benefit package has been recommended. how do we correctly rescind the previously approved motion and make a motion to approve the new health benefit package? However, before you all do anything you should determine what (if anything) has been done to execute the prior motion to approve the health benefit package and what legal or financial implications may be involved with backing out of it. The vote required to adopt the motion depends on whether previous notice of the motion is given. It also has a few other special characteristics.
