Would you consider a YouTube Video on general Conflict of Interest an In- Camera matter for School Boards?

RONR permits an assembly to go in “in camera,” which RONR refers to as executive session, at any time it wishes, for any reason(s) or no reason.

It may well be that your school board is subject to some “open meeting” or “sunshine” law which limit the reasons the board may enter executive session, but what such laws provide is beyond the scope of RONR and this forum.
