Guest Fridgway69 Posted April 17, 2020 at 05:38 PM Report Share Posted April 17, 2020 at 05:38 PM Our organization has to reconstitute itself every two years. We are in the process of vetting new member applications. We have applications from people who are not currently members nor have they been. Over the last several months they have engaged in deceit and misinformation to tear our club down. They now are trying to join the club to reap their damage from within. Does the organization have any recourse to deny membership under Robert's Rules? If so, where in RR is this explained?

All rules regarding membership eligibility, number of members, classifications of members, etc...are only properly found in the bylaws, not in RONR. See RONR (11th ed.), pp. 571-
