A member would make a motion to Rescind or Amend Something Previously Adopted. This motion requires a 2/3 vote, a vote of a majority of the entire membership, or a majority vote with previous notice for adoption. Notice may be provided orally at the previous regular meeting (provided the next regular meeting is within a quarterly interval) or by having the Secretary include the notice in the call of the meeting.
