Guest dphenes@yahoo.com
Who can cancel a monthly meeting? Shouldn't it be a quorum of the executive board, or is it the president?
J. J.
No one can, unless your bylaws permit. Why does this organization want to cancel the meeting?
Bruce Lages
A definitive answer will depend on how the monthly meeting(s) was scheduled or called. Are these meeting schedules prescribed in your bylaws, or by adoption of a motion, or by a directive from your president or some other officer? Or by some other method? Please be specific.
