J. J. Posted January 1, 2021 at 05:13 AM Report Share Posted January 1, 2021 at 05:13 AM No one can, unless your bylaws permit. Why does this organization want to cancel the meeting?
Bruce Lages Posted January 1, 2021 at 03:31 PM Report Share Posted January 1, 2021 at 03:31 PM A definitive answer will depend on how the monthly meeting(s) was scheduled or called. Are these meeting schedules prescribed in your bylaws, or by adoption of a motion, or by a directive from your president or some other officer? Or by some other method? Please be specific.
