Guest Jon Posted September 16, 2024 at 09:52 PM Report Share Posted September 16, 2024 at 09:52 PM Help. I need information. During a presentation (no motion on the floor or pending) a member of the audience asked to speak. I recognized him and allowed him to ask a question of the presenter. (I am President of the Board) I was then castigated by counsel and informed that he should not have been allowed to ask a question of the presenter, and any comments that he made MUST be only addressed to the board, who then could relay the question. Sounds pretty difficult to me.
