Guest Kathy Posted March 9, 2021 at 01:39 PM Report Share Posted March 9, 2021 at 01:39 PM A Board member questioned me whether they could have secret ballots at Board meetings. The member felt at times there was pressure to vote a certain way and wanted to be able to vote without repercussions. Can Board members request secret ballots at their meetings? Any member may move to take the vote by ballot. It requires a majority vote to adopt that motion.
