Rob Elsman Posted October 10, 2022 at 03:05 PM Report Share Posted October 10, 2022 at 03:05 PM As long as he is actually a member of the committee, he has the right to vote; however, if his appointment begins with the new year, he must wait until his appointment is effective before voting. But in any case, the rule in RONR is that a member of a body may vote. (Unless that right has been restricted as a result of disciplinary action.) The right to vote exists the instant someone becomes a member. But see the disclaimer below👇.
