Candy Bauer Posted February 5, 2023 at 12:38 PM Report Share Posted February 5, 2023 at 12:38 PM Our BOD President, Vice President and Secretary resigned. I am the Tresurer/Asst Secretary. Who take over temporarily until we can elect new board members? Would it be me as the Treasurer or another board member?
J. J. Posted February 5, 2023 at 07:08 PM Report Share Posted February 5, 2023 at 07:08 PM Nobody. At a meeting a chair pro tem would be elected.
Richard Brown Posted February 5, 2023 at 09:31 PM Report Share Posted February 5, 2023 at 09:31 PM (edited) But you as Secretary (or as assistant secretary if that is a true position) would be the one to call the meeting to order and preside over the selection of a chair pro-tem, which can actually be done by unanimous consent. I suggest that someone capable and willing should be lined up in advance to be nominated and to accept the position if chosen.
