When we appeal on his order he does not recognize and again says out of order. To remove him form presiding the meeting and to elect a new chair we need to suspend the rules. I wonder to elect a new chair for the rest of the meeting how many votes we need? if it is 2/3 which 2/3 ? whether members present in the meeting and vote or total number of assembly?
