In what order shall they be presented? In the order in which they appear in the constitution, or in the order by date that they were submitted for consideration? Thereafter, I am not sure why it would make any difference. Anyway, see RONR (12th ed.) 57:6. For some guidance, the order of voting on suggestions to fill a blank might be useful in some cases.
