@Oezuwn What EXACTLY do your bylaws say about how and by whom the president and the other officers are chosen?   There is almost certainly something in there that says something about that.  We have repeatedly asked you to provide that information.  WE NEED IT IN ORDER TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS.

Edited to add:  That provision might be in some other document such as your articles of incorporation or even perhaps the declarations.  But, it is almost certainly in somewhere in one of your governing documents.

Based on the frustrating exchange we have had so far, I have not ruled out the possibility that the organization has drafted its bylaws so incompetently that they say nothing on that subject.
