What I said pertained to a particular fact situation. With just a minute change in the facts presented, my response could sometimes have been quite different. I just saw yesterday that Judge Kevin Newsom wrote a concurrence in which he explained that he used chatGPT to determine the meaning of the word "landscaping" in a contract.
