How many directors can a committee have on the board besides the pres, vp, sec and treasurer?

RONR does not answer this question. It is up to your organization to define its board in the bylaws. That said, I'm confused by the reference to a committee having a board.

Agreeing with Mr. Katz, I’m equally confused about your language regarding“how many directors can a Committee have on the board“. I did not understand what you mean by that.  What kind of committee are you referring to? I suspect you might not be talking about a committee in the normal sense of the word, but perhaps you are using the word Committee in the sense of the governing body of a political organization such as a state central committee.

The title and the question ask two different things.

You'll need to explain the structure of your organization more fully.    But I have a strong feeling that no matter what the structure might be, the question of how may of what types of members may be named to a particular body will turn out to be something that only your bylaws will be able to tell us.
