Guest Pastor C Posted May 25, 2010 at 08:45 PM Report Share Posted May 25, 2010 at 08:45 PM Here is a question:Can two topics be dealt with in a specially called meeting, if they are both announced? For instance, can there be an announcement to elect hire a director AND to install an officer- then both pieces of business be dealt with in the same meeting? My assumption is no. They must be two different meetings, even if ran back to back. However, they must be timed differently, that is- One to start at 1 PM and the next to start at 1:30 pm. Any thoughts? Any direction from Robert's rules? Thanks.
