The President of our Association has failed to call an election as required in the By-laws. Both his and the Vice-President's two year terms of office have expired, as have two of the four trustee's terms. The Head of the Nominating Committee has resigned as well as the Secretary and Treasurer as of December 2009.

As one the last remaining trustees whose term of office is still valid I should like to ask: what is the procedure to be followed?
