Guest jary Posted September 15, 2010 at 08:51 PM Report Share Posted September 15, 2010 at 08:51 PM The scenario is that city council person has his house for sale and has not closed. He is a city councilman in the city in which his house is now for sale. They have purchased another house and husband that is on council is living there, and has new job in that new town. The wife is staying in home that is for sale. Does the husband who is on council have any residency problems being on the city council?
